About Lisa

Lisa Ludmer is an executive search recruitment specialist. She is the Director of Permanent & Professional Placement at Adecco (Canada), the world’s leading staffing agency with over 70 branches in Canada and 7,000 offices worldwide.

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the staffing/placement industry. She joined Adecco in 2005 and, prior to that, she operated her own executive search firm for 14 years.


Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University. Her knowledge/understanding of mental processors and behavior, together with her extensive background in sales and recruitment, allow her to perfectly understand the various issues that people face in the workplace and come up with highly effective solutions. Those solutions include better ways to interact with co-workers and fit into various corporate cultural environments.

Over the last 10-15 years, Lisa has trained many staffing consultants on behavioral interview skills, direct recruitment skills, telemarketing skills, negotiation skills, etc. She has also offered her advice to job seekers regarding interviewing skills, resume-writing tips, job search skills, etc. Furthermore, she has played an active role in job search seminars for both public and private companies.
